This blog is intended to document our ongoing experiment gardening in the formidable growing environment of Flagstaff. For the past six plus years, my husband and I have attempted to garden at 7,000 feet. We have dealt with many less than amusing factors such as extreme temperature differences between daytime and nighttime, grasshoppers, long dry periods during the summer growing season, and a growing season of 90 days plus or minus 90 days.
